My name is Maria Lissette Cruz. I’m 35 years old, originally from El Salvador, and I came to the United States when I was just 12 years old.
I began my caregiving journey 17 years ago, and quickly discovered my passion for one-on-one care. There’s something truly special about giving clients the attention, compassion, and dignity they not only need—but wholeheartedly deserve.
As a certified CNA myself, I proudly oversee Lavender Lane Home Care, a family-owned agency that is committed to hiring only the most dedicated and skilled CNAs. Our mission is simple: to provide the best care in the county and make every client feel safe, supported, and valued in their own home.
